This includes our hosting providers, Discord (for role synchronization and notifications), and payment processors such as Ko-fi. Payment processors handle all financial data; GenACNH does not store or process your credit card information directly.

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active. You maintain full ownership of your data and possess the following rights:

• Right to Deletion: You may request full account deletion at any time via your dashboard settings or by contacting support.
• Data Purging: Upon deletion, we provide a 7-day recovery window. After this period, your data is permanently purged from our encrypted databases.
• Access and Export: You may request an export of the data associated with your account.
