This occasionally prevented instant automated VIP pass activations for residents purchasing passes via Ko-fi and Apple Pay.

  • Firewall & Proxy Optimization: Adjusted upstream firewall and bot verification rules to ensure all incoming payload dispatchers from ko-fi.com are recognized and processed with zero friction.
  • Verification Token Synchronization: Hardened and synchronized token verification protocols (KOFI_VERIFICATION_TOKEN) to guarantee immediate and secure authentication for every transaction.
  • Multi-Route Rewrite Aliases: Added seamless server rewrite routing for all webhook variations (including /api/webhook_kofi, /api/webhook/kofi, /webhook_kofi.php, and /kofi_webhook.php), eliminating any potential dropped payloads caused by URL format discrepancies.

2. Dual-Layer Real-Time Billing Synchronization

  • Direct Profile & Ledger Harmony: Updated the Ko-fi Billing Center (kofi.php) to dynamically reflect both transaction-backed subscriptions and direct profile VIP passes through a unified UNION ALL data pipeline.
  • Staff Gift & Pass Auto-Logging: Whenever a pass is provisioned or gifted by staff, a permanent audit row is automatically recorded in the core subscriptions ledger (STAFF-GIFT-...), ensuring 100% data consistency between user profiles, financial ledgers, and live server bots.

3. Accelerated 1-Click Support Ticket Resolution

  • 1-Click Ticket Provisioning Bar: Deployed a dedicated quick-action provisioning bar directly into staff helpdesk cards.
  • Instant Turnaround: When a resident opens a billing inquiry, staff can now instantly activate a 24-Hour Daily Pass ($2.99), 7-Day Weekly Pass ($4.99), 30-Day Haven Order+ ($9.99), or 1-Year VIP Pass ($99) in a single click. The system provisions access, syncs the ledger, resolves the ticket, and delivers an immediate notification to the resident in under 5 seconds.

4. Zero-Loss Unclaimed Payment Matching

  • Automated Payment Staging: If a resident uses an email or Ko-fi display name that differs from their registered GenACNH account, the payment is securely staged in the Pending Unclaimed Donations repository.
  • One-Click Re-association: Residents and staff can link unmatched payments to the appropriate resident account with zero risk of lost transactions.
