We hope you're having a great day on your island! We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we've entered a scheduled maintenance mode. This is a routine process that helps us make sure our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

We're doing this maintenance for a few important reasons: we want to make our systems faster and more responsive, tune our bot delivery clusters to get items to you more quickly, and optimize our database tables to reduce lag and improve overall performance. These updates will help us provide a better experience for all of our players.

Don't worry - we know you might be concerned about your pending cart orders and user points. Please be assured that all of your data is completely safe and saved. We've got everything backed up and ready to go as soon as maintenance is complete.

We expect the maintenance to last approximately 30 minutes, and we anticipate that flight gates and bot dispatch will reopen around approximately 30 minutes from now. We'll let you know as soon as everything is back up and running.
